Core Built is a QBCC-licensed building business led by Stephen, a hands-on builder with over 30 years of experience across residential and commercial construction.

Based in Brisbane and servicing the northside and surrounding areas, Core Built specialises in new home builds, renovations, extensions, commercial projects, fitouts and wainscoting.

As a small, experienced team, we offer genuine, personalised service—ensuring clear communication and a result that meets, and often exceeds, expectations.

Stephen began his career with a carpentry apprenticeship, building a strong foundation of practical, on-the-tools knowledge. After many years working in major commercial construction, he established Core Built to provide high-quality building services with a more personal, hands-on approach.
